Das Mlynhotel befindet sich im wahren Zentrum des böhmisch-mährischen Hochlands, im Dorf Vilanec u Jihlavy. Auf den gut erhaltenen Fundamenten einer historischen Wassermühle erbaut, wurde das stilvolle Restaurant mit Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten Mlynhotel 1 in den 199Os gegründet. Im Jahr 2003 wurde die Kapazität erweitert, als das nicht weit entfernte alte Landgut Mlynhotel 2 angeschlossen wurde. Das Angebot umfasst mehr als 60 Zimmer. Vergleichsweise niedrige Preise, die dem gebotenen und erreichten Komfort nicht entsprechen, sollten als Vorteil für neue oder ständige Kunden verstanden werden. Der organisch verbundene und sich entwickelnde Komplex bietet einen stilvollen Hintergrund für Geschäfts- und Firmenveranstaltungen, Kongresse, Konferenzen, Schulungen oder Seminare.
