Newport bietet Gästen die einzigartige Gelegenheit, die Eleganz und Gastfreundschaft eines historischen Irish Country House Hotels zu erleben. Die hervorragende Speisekarte im Newport House spiegelt den gastfreundlichen Charakter des Hauses wider und verwendet frische Produkte aus der Fischerei, dem Garten und der Farm, darunter selbst geräucherter Lachs. Der Weinkeller mit charaktervollen und preiswerten Weinen ist international bekannt und ergänzt die Küche. Alle Empfangsräume sind geräumig und angemessen eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer bieten Individualität und Komfort. Zwölf sind im Haupthaus. Die anderen befinden sich in zwei kleineren Häusern in der Nähe des Innenhofs, von denen eines früher die Ferienresidenz des verstorbenen irischen Premierministers Sean Lemass war. Einige Schlafzimmer eignen sich gut für Familien, da sie sich in eigenständigen Bereichen befinden.
