Das Recina Hotel ist ein elegantes Hotel der gehobenen Klasse, das 2004 komplett renoviert wurde. Dabei wurden Materialien von lokalen Firmen verwendet, darunter Möbel von Poltrona Frau, Leuchten von iGuzzini und Whirlpools von Teuco. Das Recina Hotel besteht aus 3 Suiten und 56 schallisolierten Zimmern, die beide im filigransten klassischen Stil erbaut wurden. Vergangenheit, Gegenwart und Zukunft werden harmonisch kombiniert, um die Eleganz und Nüchternheit des Gebäudes zu beschreiben. Es liegt an einem ruhigen Ort, weit weg vom Trubel der Stadt. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
