Das Shangri-La Hotel, Qufu, befindet sich im Herzen einer historischen Gemeinde. Qufu, bekannt als die „heilige Stadt“ des Ostens, ist eine der berühmtesten historischen und kulturellen Städte Chinas. Mit mehr als 2.500 Jahren Geschichte bezaubert die Stadt mit ihrer charakteristischen Antike und Architektur vergangener Dynastien. Es gibt 184 geschützte historische Stätten, und der Konfuziustempel, der Konfuzius-Friedhof und das Herrenhaus der Familie Kong gehören seit 1994 zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe. Das Hotel bietet 325 luxuriöse Zimmer und Suiten mit Blick auf den Fluss, die Stadt und den lebendigen Hotelgarten. Das Hotel wurde nach der konfuzianischen Philosophie der Sechs Künste entworfen und bietet eine perfekte Mischung aus Tradition und zeitgenössischer Eleganz. Es beherbergt den größten Fünf-Sterne-Konferenz- und Tagungsraum der Stadt und verfügt über mehr als 3.889 m² an eleganten Veranstaltungsräumen. Dazu gehört der größte Ballsaal der Stadt, der Platz für bis zu 1.250 Gäste bietet.
