Das Step House Hotel ist ein wunderschönes georgianisches Stadthaus voller Charakter, das liebevoll in ein warmes, familiengeführtes Boutique-Hotel in Carlow umgewandelt wurde. Dieses luxuriöse 4-Sterne-Boutique-Hotel befindet sich im hübschen historischen Dorf Borris, das an die Grafschaften Kilkenny und Wexford grenzt. Hinter den ursprünglichen georgianischen Elementen des Step House Hotels verbergen sich 20 luxuriöse Zimmer, die in einer geschwungenen Kurve gestaltet wurden und einen Panoramablick auf die hügelige Landschaft bieten. Mit Sitzplätzen für bis zu 46 Gäste an einem langen Vintage-Tisch wird höchste Qualität an Speisen und Service geboten. Hochzeiten im Rubens Restaurant sind eine sehr intime und stimmungsvolle Veranstaltung, die Gästen bis zu 60 Personen Platz bietet. Die Party kann in der Rubens Residents Bar oder der Cocktail Bar beginnen, wo atemberaubende Kunstwerke und Live-Musik für das perfekte Ambiente sorgen können. Es gibt eine Ballsaal Suite, die Platz für bis zu 180 Gäste bietet.
