Es besteht aus verschiedenen Gästezimmern, die komplett mit verschiedenen Einrichtungen ausgestattet sind. Die Adelaide Suite im Appleby Inn Hotel ist ideal für alle Veranstaltungen, Präsentationsabende, Hochzeitsempfänge, Familienfeiern und Themenabende. Der Raum hat 130 Sitzplätze und 170 Stehplätze. Kleinere Veranstaltungen können jedoch jederzeit abgehalten werden, indem der Raum in einem Format eingerichtet wird, das dem Anlass entspricht. Der new meting room bietet Platz für bis zu 100 Teilnehmer.
