About us

Das Victoria Palace Hotel befindet sich in Gallipoli, Italien. Elegantes Bauwerk in seinem mediterranen Charakter, der durch den Innenhof stark betont wird. Es wurde 2004 eröffnet und 2011 erweitert und renoviert. Es bietet nun breitere Innen- und Außenbereiche, darunter einen großen Speisesaal, ein Spa und mediterrane Gärten mit einem neuen Swimmingpool. Die Eröffnung ist für Dezember 2012 geplant. Das Hotel bietet seinen Gästen elegante Unterkünfte. Die Komfort-Zimmer verfügen alle über einen Balkon und mehr Platz, während die Standard-Zimmer mit Fenster oder Balkon intimer sind. Die Speisekarte des Restaurants umfasst Gerichte, die sich besonders auf die Tradition des Salento und die Herstellung bei km 0 beziehen. Dabei wird viel Wert auf die Gesundheit gelegt, da täglich ein Wohlfühlgericht auf der Speisekarte steht.

When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
