Er wurde während der Yuanfeng-Herrschaft (1078-1085) der Nördlichen Song-Dynastie erbaut. Es ist ein Kunstpalast, in dem Keramik, Holzschnitzerei, Metallguss und Architekturkunst des alten Foshan ausgestellt werden.
