About us
Das antike Anwesen, dessen Ursprünge bis in die zweite Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts zurückreichen, befindet sich in einem natürlichen Amphitheater mit südöstlicher Ausrichtung, im Zentrum von Castelnuovo Don Bosco, Tenuta Tamburnin. Die Räume, der Veranstaltungsort und das Haus werden mit Holz beheizt, einem wertvollen Material und einer erneuerbaren Energiequelle, die die Natur bietet. Die ursprüngliche Architektur besteht aus einem einzigen großen Saal, der für bis zu 200 Gäste geeignet ist und auch nur teilweise für Hochzeiten und Partys, Tagungen, Messen und Kunstausstellungen genutzt werden kann.

We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels.
When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.

This new way of discovering a city via a walking tour with various challenges is a great way to learn about its history and discover its layout.

Each Tourist Scavenger Hunt is around 40 steps, 2-3 hours in duration on a 3-4km circuit which brings you back to the start.
