Die Mietzeiten für Empfänge sind sehr spezifisch und betragen nur 4 Stunden. Die Gärten haben aufeinanderfolgende Veranstaltungen geplant, und das Personal benötigt Zeit, um sich für jede Veranstaltung zusammenzusetzen und vorzubereiten. In Ihrem Vertrag sind die Mietzeiten angegeben und können nicht von diesen Zeiten abweichen.

Stornierungen und Terminänderungen müssen schriftlich beantragt werden.
