About us

Das Horseshoe & Castle ist ein malerisches Freehouse im idyllischen und historischen Dorf Cooling auf der Halbinsel Hoo. Cooling ist ideal gelegen, um viele lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das historische Rochester mit seinem berühmten Norman Castle, das RSPB-Reservat auf der Bromhey Farm, den Saxon Shoreway, das Chatham Maritime Museum und die vielen Verbindungen in die Gegend um Dickensan zu erkunden. Wir haben ein Restaurant mit 26 Plätzen, das Table d'Hote- und A-la-carte-Menüs serviert, wobei Meeresfrüchte eine Spezialität sind. Wir bieten auch eine Cooling Castle Barn, einen exquisiten Rahmen für Hochzeiten und private Veranstaltungen. Wir bieten 3 gut ausgestattete Gästezimmer (2 mit Bad), die sich im Pub befinden. Darüber hinaus haben wir unser freistehendes Nebengebäude mit Blick auf die malerische ländliche Landschaft und zwei weitere Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad.
