Our second restaurant in the Boston-area is located in the expansion of the Burlington Mall, one of Massachusetts’ premier high-end destinations for shopping and dining. The restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the heart of the dining room where guests can watch our Gaucho Chefs practice the art of churrasco as they butcher and grill a variety of fire-roasted meats. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The Burlington location also features an expansive patio with firepits for al fresco dining, soaring wine cases, a contemporary bar with lounge seating and dry-aged meat cabinets for in-house aging.

UTEC wurde 1999 gegründet und hat seinen Sitz in Lowell. Es war das Ergebnis einer Organisationsbewegung, die von jungen Menschen angetrieben wurde, um als Reaktion auf Bandengewalt ein eigenes Jugendzentrum aufzubauen. Heute, landesweit als vorbildliche Jugendentwicklungsagentur anerkannt, ist es unsere Mission und unser Versprechen, den Ehrgeiz der am stärksten abgegrenzten Jugendlichen von Lowell zu wecken und zu fördern, Gewalt und Armut gegen sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg einzutauschen. Die Vermietung von Einrichtungen ermöglicht es UTEC, seine Mission und sein Programm aufrechtzuerhalten und auszubauen.
