About us
Der weltberühmte Architekt Jørn Utzon entwarf in Zusammenarbeit mit seinem Sohn Kim Utzon das Utzon Center in Aalborg. Das Utzon Center wurde im Mai 2008 eingeweiht und ist ein Treffpunkt an der Küste von Aalborg, an dem Architektur, Design und Kunst, Ausstellungen und Konferenzen, Tagungen und kulinarische Erlebnisse aufeinander treffen. Das Utzon Center besteht aus zwei Ausstellungshallen, der Spidsgatter Hall, einem Workshop für Architektur- und Designstudenten der Universität Aalborg, der Utzon Library, dem Obel Auditorium im ersten Obergeschoss mit Blick auf den Limfjord und dem Utzon Café & Restaurant. Das gesamte Haus ist um den Atriumhof herum gebaut. Das Utzon Center befindet sich in einzigartiger Lage in der Nähe der Hafenpromenade und des Limfjords. Vom Auditorium im ersten Stock aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Limfjord — ein wunderschöner und inspirierender Rahmen für Konferenzen und Veranstaltungen.
