Es ist ein Schwan, der auf einem ruhigen See inmitten üppiger Vegetation schwimmt...“. Das Gebäude befindet sich über einem künstlichen See in einem Blumenpark. Es gibt die Illusion, wie eine Lotusblume auf dem Wasser zu schweben.
