Located in Rutledge Hill – just a few blocks south of Historic Broadway, in the heart of Downtown Nashville – Husk, from The Neighborhood Dining Group, is reinterpreting the bounty of the surrounding area, exploring an ingredient-driven cuisine that begins in the rediscovery of heirloom products and redefines what it means to cook and eat in Nashville. At Husk, there are some rules about what can go on the plate. If it doesn’t come from the South, it’s not coming through the door. The resulting cuisine is not about rediscovering Southern cooking, but rather exploring the reality of Southern food. Seed-saving, heirloom husbandry, in-house pickling and charcuterie programs by Executive Chef Ben Norton and his culinary team are the basis of Husk’s cuisine. Husk Nashville, located at 37 Rutledge Street, was constructed into the side of a hill between 1879 and 1882 by Dr. John Bunyan Stephens. Its storied history includes serving as Mayor Richard Houston Dudley’s home, where he lived when elected in 1897. The area was settled by the Rutledge and Middleton families of Charleston who were descendants of two of the original South Carolina signers of the Declaration of Independence. Mayor Dudley added the Carriage House located on property in 1890–which will serve as a space to satisfy the restaurant’s culinary whims and host private/special events. The design of the Husk’s interior spaces enhances the building’s roots while demonstrating a sense of Southern style, modernity, energy, and cosmopolitan flair.

Located in the beautiful Forum Shops at Caesars Hotel & Casino, Carmine’s in Las Vegas takes Southern Italian family-style dining to another level. Known for our hearty portions of all your favorite Italian dishes, each item is meant to be shared around the table with friends and family. Voted 2020 Best New Restaurant by USA Today’s 10 Best. Located in the former historic Harriott Pinckney Home for Sailors, next door to Church & Union Charleston. Tempest features hyper-local, sustainable South Atlantic seafood, with a seasonal menu curated by Top Chef Alum Chef Jamie Lynch, Executive Chef Tyler Cook, and Chef Adam Hodgson. We started LMS Brandz because we saw a need in the promotional product market for a better, more personalized experience for the customer. There are a lot of promo companies out there to choose from, but it’s not always about the cheapest price or the fastest turnaround time (although we pride ourselves in “making it happen” for the client). You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout. The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.

Culinary Crafts is a full-service, off-premise catering company. We have been catering for over 40 years in Utah. We travel as far south as Las Vegas and as far north as Jackson Hole, but the bulk of our work is along the Wasatch Front in Utah. With a focus on seasonal and local, our style is Utah Mountain elevated. We love high end food and service, but our style of hospitality is casual and easy going, not pretentious or fussy. We love taking care of people. And we love food, because it is the medium that brings people together. Named Utah's Best of State caterer 22 times, we elevate off-premise caterer to the next level.

Aba is a Mediterranean restaurant originating from Chicago’s historic Fulton Market District. Aba, meaning father in Hebrew, incorporates Chef CJ Jacobson's lighter style of cooking with influences from the Mediterranean, including Israel, Lebanon, Turkey, and Greece. The bar program, crafted by Liz Pearce, showcases rare Mediterranean-inspired wines and spirits.
