„August befindet sich in 't Groen Kwartier in Antwerpen, in der Nähe der Altstadt und des Bahnhofs Berchem. Das brandneue Boutique-Hotel verfügt über 44 Zimmer und Suiten, 4 Tagungsräume, ein vom Michelin-Sternekoch Nick Bril kuratiertes und entworfenes Restaurant, ein Geschäft und einen Wellnessbereich mit einem Schwimmteich im Freien. Der gesamte August besteht aus 5 verschiedenen Gebäuden, die unter der Leitung des legendären belgischen Architekten Vincent Van Duysen nahtlos miteinander verbunden wurden. August ist ein Ort, an dem Sie sich ruhig, wohl und wie zu Hause fühlen können. 't Groen Kwartier (das Grüne Viertel) ist eine Fußgängerzone im ehemaligen Militärkrankenhauskomplex. Es befindet sich direkt neben PAKT, einem aufregenden, umfunktionierten Industriestandort, in dem sich in renovierten Lagerhäusern ein Schmelztiegel kreativer Unternehmen befindet, mit einem ehrgeizigen Projekt zur städtischen Landwirtschaft auf dem Dach. Ebenfalls in der Nähe befinden sich das Viertel Zurenborg mit seinen herrlichen Herrenhäusern im Jugendstil- und Fin de Siècle-Stil, die Brauerei De Koninck — ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen, das seit 1833 das lokale Bier „Bolleke“ braut — und die Hauptringstraße.
