About us
Aspen House a Boutique, Budget Bed and Breakfast Hotel located by a quiet inner city park in the center of downtown Auckland. From Aspen House it’s a short stroll to the waterfront with its vibrant night life and restaurant scene, the casino, cosmopolitan Queen Street, Auckland University and the Central Transport Station. All your transport needs trains, buses, ferries and taxis are right on our doorstep. It combines the best of hotel and bed and breakfast type accommodation with 60 rooms ranging from contemporary twin, double or triple rooms with en-suites in the new “Lodge” to single, double and triple rooms with shared bathrooms facilities in the historic “House”.
