Colorado Adventure Guides and Colorado Rafting Company have provided incredible backcountry experiences to visitors and locals of Colorado for over 25 years. Year-round we offer guided activities and backcountry educational courses. In summer we raft, hike, mountain bike, rock climb, and ascend peaks. In winter we guide backcountry skiers and snowboarders, ice climb, snowshoe, mountaineer, and teach avalanche safety courses. Casa Carmen is the new venture of a Mexican family led by renowned chef Carmen “Titita” Ramirez Degollado and her grandsons Sebastian and Santiago. The Mexican restaurant is an homage to their passion for traditional Mexican food, heritage ingredients, and dining customs. The space evokes the feeling of being in a subdued, earth-toned hacienda with high ceilings and a cozy ambiance. “Queremos que te sientas como en CASA ” We want to share with the world the traditional Mexican recipes from regions such as Veracruz, Puebla and Oaxaca, such as mole, guacamole and different kind of tacos. We use the finest and freshest ingredients and all our dishes are prepared with all our hearts. Our cocktail menu features mainly mezcal and tequila.
