Fatfish Bar & Bistro, ein Qualitätsrestaurant mit Bar, bietet seinen Kunden einen Vorgeschmack auf das Mittelmeer in einer lebendigen Atmosphäre. Der Fatfish liegt am Wasser mit Blick auf die Great South Bay im Süden von Long Island und beginnt im Frühjahr 2008 seine fünfte Saison. Fatfish unterscheidet sich von seinen Mitbewerbern dadurch, dass er sich lässig und doch unprätentiös anfühlt.
