The Beechlawn House Hotel is ideally situated in the leafy suburb of Dunmurry, less than a ten minute drive from Belfast and Lisburn City Centres. The hotel with 42 en-suite bedrooms has been designed to offer modern conveniences and also has a superb range of Conference Suites, Function Rooms, and a Multi Media Suite, with an added bonus of complimentary Wireless Internet Access. The Beechlawn House has been an established hotel in the Business Community for many years, with our wide range of facilities on offer to every event organiser. Each function suites is individually WiFi enabled and this service is provided complimentary to all delegates and exhibitors. The hotel has an array of function suites that are perfect for those special family occasions, private parties, dinner dances and much more.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout.
The vessel offers comfort throughout with comfortable seating in the deck area, a fly bridge deck gives you a second floor viewing area for entertaining and taking in the incredible views of Seattle’s awesome sunsets, and a lounge below-deck to get out of the wind, if desired, with refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave. There are also two staterooms, each with its own ‘head’ and shower. The master stateroom has a center island queen bed with an office desk. The forward stateroom offers double twin-size beds in a v-berth layout. The Rainbird is centrally located, close to downtown Seattle, Lake Union, U of W, and Lake Washington.
