Nur 50 m vom herrlichen Strand von Trez und 500 m vom Stadtzentrum entfernt befindet sich die kleine Küstenresidenz Vacances Bleues Les Jardins d'Arvor, eine Drei-Sterne-Residenz, die ein beliebtes Reiseziel ist, um alle Freuden des Meeres zu genießen. Es gibt Segeln, Minikreuzfahrten auf der Odet-Mündung, Überfahrten zu den Inseln Ouessant oder Sein, Hochseefischen oder einfach nur das Verweilen am Strand! Die 130 Apartments mit Balkon oder Terrasse mit einfacher Innenausstattung in Pastelltönen und Treibholzelementen sind auf sechs zwei- und dreistöckige Gebäude mit Aufzügen aufgeteilt und bieten Platz für zwei bis acht Personen.
