WASTE MANAGEMENT: Separate food waste for anaerobic digestion. Rocket Composter at South Lodge and Lainston House feeds our grounds. SUPPLIER COLLABORATION: Challenge suppliers to embrace change. Engage with other responsible businesses through Sedex. ENERGY AND EMISSIONS REDUCTION: Achieved 4% annual energy reduction in 22/23. Cut carbon emissions, water usage, and waste generation by 2%.
