Die Pension Habermannova vila befindet sich am Rande des Dorfes Bludov, 500 m vor dem Ortseingang über die Straße I/44 in Richtung von Zábřeh nach Šumperk. Das Gelände der Habermannova Vila bietet Unterkunft in 8 Zimmern, jedes mit einer anderen Inneneinrichtung. Die Zimmer sind je nach Kapazität aufgeteilt: 3 Einzelzimmer, 3 Doppelzimmer, 1 Dreibettzimmer und 1 Suite für 2 Personen. Das Restaurant Habermannova Vila ist ein stilvolles Lokal im Untergeschoss des Hauptgebäudes. Das Restaurant bietet köstliche Speisen und Getränke mit einer maximalen Kapazität von 40 Personen. Im Frühstücksraum der Pension können kleinere Hochzeitsfeiern, Taufen oder Geburtstagsfeiern organisiert werden (max. Kapazität 16 Personen).
