Die Anzahl der Räume, in denen Gruppen bestehen, wurde überarbeitet und auf 7 Zimmer für das Freizeitsegment angepasst, um gesellschaftliche Zusammenkünfte oder Gruppen wie Familientreffen oder Feierlichkeiten abzuhalten. Firmengruppen werden ab einem Mindestaufenthalt von 10 Zimmern behandelt. Private Gruppen sind in Bodrum häufig für Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten oder Verlobungen anzutreffen. Auch andere Fahrer kommen von den Segelunternehmen, die in Yalikavak ankern. Es ist auch üblich, dass ehemalige Familien der GUS oder des GCC-Raums Villen für einen bestimmten Zeitraum blockieren.
