Das Renaissance Bordeaux Hotel wird im Sommer 2021 im neuen Trendviertel „Bassins à Flot“, nur wenige Schritte von der Cité du Vin und dem Fluss Garonne entfernt, mit einem Lebensmittelmarkt und lebhaften Nachtlokalen gleich um die Ecke seine Türen öffnen. Dieses elegante 4-Sterne-Designhotel mit beeindruckendem Eingang durch die historischen Silos bietet ein einzigartiges Design, das perfekt die lebendige Kultur unserer Stadt widerspiegelt und die Gäste sprachlos machen wird. Das Hotel verfügt über 149 stilvolle Zimmer mit lokaler Kunst und übergroßen Fenstern. Erstklassige Unterkünfte und Suiten mit malerischem Panoramablick. Mit 260 m² brandneuer Tagungsfläche (1 Plenarsaal oder 3 Gruppenräume) mit hochmoderner AV-Ausrüstung und Außenterrasse bietet das Renaissance Platz für alle Arten von Veranstaltungen. Dank flexibler Catering-Bereiche profitieren die Teilnehmer von Innen- und Außenbereichen, zwischen dem Erdgeschoss auf der ikonischen Plaza „du Millésime“ und der obersten Etage auf unserer Dachterrasse. Da es sich um eine der höchsten Dachterrassen in Bordeaux handelt, werden sich die Gäste bei einem Bad mit Blick auf die Stadt in unserem atemberaubenden Innenpool auf dem Dach verlieren, bevor sie den Sonnenuntergang betrachten, während sie an unserer Gina Bar auf dem Dach an unverwechselbaren Cocktails nippen. Im Restaurant Gina auf dem Dach präsentiert unser Küchenchef lokale saisonale Produkte, die er in klassische italienische Rezepte umwandelt.
