Alle Banner/Poster/Standwerbematerialien müssen vor der Verwendung in der Symphony Hall von der Boston Fire Department genehmigt werden. Andere Einschränkungen können gelten. Bitte sprechen Sie mit dem Venue Rental Manager, um Einzelheiten zur Kapazität und Verfügbarkeit der einzelnen Räume zu erfahren. Der Veranstaltungsort hat einen exklusiven Foodservice-Anbieter. Der Veranstaltungsort verfügt über eine Lizenz für Spirituosen und Catering. Der Veranstaltungsort setzt voraus, dass die gesamte Produktion von der Einrichtung bereitgestellt wird, sofern nicht schriftlich etwas anderes vereinbart wurde.

Stornierungsrichtlinie

Nicht rückzahlbare Anzahlungen sind für alle Aufführungen zum Zeitpunkt der Vertragsabwicklung im Voraus fällig. Bitte beachten Sie, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch ein Versicherungsnachweis fällig ist. Die Stornierungsbedingungen sind 48 Stunden im Voraus bei Veranstaltungen AT MINIUMUM für besondere Veranstaltungen. Die Stornierungsbedingungen für Konzerte sind MINDESTENS 30 Tage vor Vorstellungsbeginn. Dies ist auch die Richtlinie für alle Großveranstaltungen, die in unserem Auditorium stattfinden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dem Kunden über die Anzahlung hinaus zusätzliche Kosten für Maßnahmen und Materialien in Rechnung gestellt werden können, die im Zusammenhang mit der Veranstaltung im Namen des Kunden ergriffen und unter Vertrag genommen wurden.
