Geoffrey war früher Chefkoch im Etain, Sir Terence Conrans erstem Ausflugsrestaurant außerhalb Londons. Heute als Chefkoch und Inhaber konzentrieren er sich und sein Küchenteam darauf, moderne Küche mit den besten lokalen und saisonalen Zutaten zu servieren.
