Hotel Arts can accommodate groups from 6 to 700+ in the diverse meetings rooms and facilities on property. "Arts to Go" is the off-site catering component of the Hotel Arts Group allowing us to manage both on and off site events simultaneously. Elevate your event with unique style, inspiring spaces and a convenient downtown location. With a variety of meeting space and a host of exceptional amenities, Hotel Arts offers customized programs for all sizes and types of conference and conventions In December 2019 during one of our busiest holiday celebrations dates we catered to 775 guests in house combining the Hotel Arts ballroom, poolside and Freestyle Social Club for guests to roam and enjoy. Meanwhile at two of our amazing venue partners we were also serviced and catered an event for 1000 guests at the Studio Bell-National Music Center and 120 guests at the Pioneer.
