Das Waverley Hotel befindet sich im Herzen von Callander, das selbst unter der aufregenden Kulisse von Ben Ledi liegt. Das Waverley Hotel befindet sich in idealer Lage an der Hauptstraße und bietet einfachen Zugang zu lokalen Annehmlichkeiten und Aktivitäten. Die Unterkunft im The Waverley umfasst 10 moderne, wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer mit eigenem Bad — 5 Doppelzimmer, 2 Familienzimmer, 2 Einzelzimmer (kleine Doppelzimmer) und 1 Suite. Zu den weiteren Einrichtungen des Hotels gehört eine Lounge, in der alle wichtigen Sportveranstaltungen gezeigt werden, mit eigenem Videoplayer, Pool und Darts. Derselbe Raum bietet auch Platz für etwa 60 Personen im Theaterstil oder 50 Personen zum Essen. Er eignet sich auch für Tagungen und als Trainingseinrichtung. Ein abgelegener Biergarten (Sonnenfalle) und ein Biergarten mit Wasserspiel befinden sich ebenfalls auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes.
