Cannes, die zweite Kongressstadt nach Paris in Frankreich, ist das erste europäische Kongresszentrum mit 4 ISO-Labels (9001Quality, 14001Environment, OHSAS18001-Health&Safety und 26000-Corporate Social Responsibility). Das Palais des Festivals et des Congres de Cannes profitiert von einer außergewöhnlichen Lage, direkt im Herzen der Stadt und direkt zwischen dem Strand und dem Yachthafen. Seine bevorzugte Lage ermöglicht es allen Kongressteilnehmern und Veranstaltungsteilnehmern, zwischen dem Palais und ihren Hotels zu spazieren und gleichzeitig die Schönheit der Stadt und ihrer Bucht zu genießen. Am Abend ist es ein Vergnügen, sich zu entspannen, einen Spaziergang zu machen und in einer Stadt menschlichen Ausmaßes zu essen, die eine Mischung aus Geselligkeit und Lebenskunst ermöglicht. In den letzten zehn Jahren wurde das Kongresszentrum mit seiner zeitgenössischen Architektur gleichzeitig mit vielen Hotels und vielen Teilen der Stadt umfassend renoviert. Seit 2021 ist das Hi5 Studio eröffnet, es ist das erste voll ausgestattete TV-Studio in Cannes, das virtuelle Veranstaltungen mit einem weltweiten Publikum ermöglicht. Das Palais des Festivals verfügt über insgesamt 35.000 m² Ausstellungsfläche und weitere 10.000 m2 Ausstellungsfläche im Freien sowie 50 Tagungsräume und Büros sowie 5 Auditorien für 2'300 bis 150 Personen. Die drei Galadinnerräume führen auf Terrassen mit atemberaubendem Meerblick. Das Palais des Festivals et des Congres de Cannes ist eine Infrastruktur mit den neuesten Technologien: WLAN, modernste Schallschutz- und Beleuchtungsausrüstung, elektronisches Überwachungsnetzwerk... und vieles mehr.
