This independent property is a favourite with corporate travellers. It’s situated in the financial hub of Newlands, within walking distance of the upmarket Cavendish Square shopping centre and a 10-minute drive from the city centre, University of Cape Town and medical training institutions. With a large, multi-purpose conference centre the 8- acre property regular hosts high-profile conferences and events. The Vineyard has been embraced by modern-day, cosmopolitan Cape Town, and seamlessly blends contemporary architecture and décor. The Conference Centre is a fresh airy venue, flooded with natural light. Located on the eastern slopes of Table Mountain, the leafy suburb makes for a convenient location, easily accessible by car or bus, with ample parking available. Our food is locally sourced and beyond customer expectations. The Vineyard Conference Centre Each floor has a total area of 3605 ft. , of which 1238 ft. is foyer; either leading out to an open air balcony (1st floor) or a 1743 ft. garden terrace (ground floor). Each conference room provides up to 2368 ft. of meeting room space and can be subdivided, by sliding soundproof panels, into 3 smaller conference rooms, each 787 ft. in size. All combinations function simultaneously or independently.
