In unserem Boutique-Resort haben wir eine Fluktuationsrate von 100%. Der Gesamtbetrag des Zimmerblocks ist eine Woche vor dem Check-in fällig. Ein „Stichtag“ wird mindestens einen Monat vor dem Check-in angegeben. Reservierungsanfragen (+/-), die nach dem Annahmeschluss eingehen, hängen von der Verfügbarkeit zu den aktuellen Hotelpreisen ab. Ein Zahlungsplan, den wir über einen bestimmten Zeitraum erhalten, um zum geschuldeten Betrag beizutragen. Bei Vertragsunterzeichnung wird eine Anzahlung von 25% erhoben. Zur Erinnerung, um sich für einen Zimmerblock im Carmel Highlands Inn zu qualifizieren, müssen mindestens 5 Zimmer reserviert werden und sind daher dafür verantwortlich.
