In unserem Boutique-Resort haben wir eine Fluktuationsrate von 100%. Der Gesamtbetrag des Zimmerblocks ist eine Woche vor dem Check-in fällig. Ein Zahlungsplan, den wir über einen bestimmten Zeitraum erhalten, um zum geschuldeten Betrag beizutragen. Bei Vertragsunterzeichnung wird eine Anzahlung von 25% erhoben. Zur Erinnerung, um sich für einen Zimmerblock im Carmel Highlands Inn zu qualifizieren, müssen mindestens 5 Zimmer reserviert werden und sind daher dafür verantwortlich.
