About us
Willkommen im Coach House and Gardens at Eggleston Hall, einem klassischen georgianischen Landhaus im ruhigen Teesdale. Das Haus, das als Standort für Ladettes to Lady genutzt wurde, befindet sich in Privatbesitz und ist nicht für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich. Der ummauerte Garten ist auf seltene und ungewöhnliche Arten spezialisiert, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf winterharten Kräuterbeständen liegt, die im Klima der nördlichen Täler gedeihen. Die umgebende Mauer beherbergt eine Vielzahl von Obstbäumen und vor Kurzem wurde ein alphabetischer Apfelpfad gepflanzt. Die Ruinen der alten Dorfkirche mit einigen schönen Steinmetzarbeiten können besichtigt werden.
