— Reservierungen für Sonntage werden ohne besondere Genehmigung der Farm Foundation nicht akzeptiert. — Alle Gruppen und Organisationen, die die Einrichtungen der Farm Foundation nutzen, müssen einen Vertrag über die gesamte Gastronomie abschließen, wobei die von der Farm Foundation bereitgestellte Liste zugelassener Anbieter verwendet wird. — Veranstaltungen müssen den örtlichen Lärmverordnungen und Veranstaltungsbestimmungen entsprechen. — Die Mietgebühren beinhalten den grundlegenden Auf- und Abbau; zusätzliche Gebühren können für spezielle Installationen anfallen. — Ohne schriftliche Genehmigung der Farm Foundation und der anfallenden Gebühren dürfen keine Übernachtungsgäste auf dem Grundstück übernachten. — Alle Drittanbieter müssen von der Farm Foundation zugelassen sein. — Die Aufnahme von Alkohol ist zulässig, wenn er von einem zertifizierten und versicherten Caterer bereitgestellt wird. — Der Auf- und Abbau der Ausrüstung und des Dekors sowie die Reinigung müssen in der vertraglich vereinbarten Mietzeit enthalten sein. — Der beauftragte Caterer kümmert sich um den Auf- und Abbau von Full-Service-Veranstaltungen. — Bitte erkundigen Sie sich nach den Mietpreisen für gemeinnützige Organisationen.
