Pops for Champagne wurde 1982 im Chicagoer Stadtteil Lakeview eröffnet und ist die bekannteste Champagnerbar des Landes und Chicagos elegantester Live-Musikclub. 2006 zog Pops for Champagne in die historischen Tree Studios an der Ecke von State und Ohio in der Gegend von River North um, wo es Besuchern und Chicagoern weiterhin ein wirklich einzigartiges und unvergessliches Erlebnis bieten wird. An der State Street bietet Pops for Champagne 100 Flaschen Champagner und Schaumweine sowie einen kompletten Barservice sowie ein frisch zubereitetes gemeinsames Gericht, Rohbar-Bar und Dessertmenü in einem einzigartig gestalteten 2-stöckigen Raum mit einer Hauptbar auf Straßenebene und einem intimen Live-Musikclub auf der unteren Ebene, in dem das Beste von Chicagos Live-Jazz-Unterhaltung geboten wird.
