Die Zimmer sind mit feiner Bettwäsche aus ägyptischer Baumwolle, luxuriösen Pflegeprodukten von Noble Isle sowie flauschigen Bademänteln und Hausschuhen ausgestattet. Viele Zimmer verfügen über private Balkone mit Meerblick und nachhaltigen Möbeln, die einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den glitzernden Palace Pier und die Überreste des West Pier bieten. Zu den kostenfreien Annehmlichkeiten gehören unbegrenztes WLAN, Mineralwasser sowie Tee- und Kaffeekocher, alles in elegant gestalteten Innenräumen, die auf Entspannung und Komfort ausgerichtet sind. Das Hotel schloss im März 2025 eine Investition von 16 Millionen Pfund in alle Hotelzimmer ab.
