About us
Das Herzstück des Wild Thyme & Honey Konzepts ist The Crown, ein Gasthaus aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, das wir sorgfältig zu einem Rückzugsort mit 24 Zimmern auf dem Land renoviert haben, der historischen Charme mit modernem Luxus verbindet. Unser Design würdigt das architektonische Erbe der Region durch freiliegende Cotswold-Steine, holzverkleidete Wände und eine beruhigende Palette von warmen Grau- und Cremetönen — beruhigende Räume, die mit der üppigen Landschaft verbunden sind, die uns umgibt. Wir sind bestrebt, das Beste aus den Cotswolds durch unsere saisonalen Menüs mit gehobener britischer Küche zu präsentieren, die die reichen landwirtschaftlichen Traditionen der Region zelebrieren.
