About us

Birkhill Castle befindet sich in Cupar, Schottland. Es ist das Familienhaus des Grafen und der Gräfin von Dundee und ihrer Familie. Das Schloss ist auch ein sehr romantischer Ort für Hochzeiten. Birkhill liegt in einer herrlichen Landschaft, direkt an der Küste in North East Fife, und wurde 1780 erbaut. Das Haus ist von wunderschönen Gärten umgeben und die Gäste können durch diese schlendern und eine Reihe seltener Bäume und Pflanzen sehen. Birkhill ist in erster Linie ein Familienhaus mit 10 eleganten Zimmern und heißt alle, die vor der Tür stehen, herzlich willkommen. Das Essen im Birkhill, ob formelles 5-Gänge-Abendessen oder informelles Mittagessen, war schon immer entspannt. Wir bieten Platz für bis zu 20 Personen am Esstisch oder für größere Gruppen bis zu vier Tische mit 8/10 Stück. Alle unsere Speisen werden mit den besten lokalen Bio-Zutaten zubereitet. Dazu gehören Gemüse aus unseren Gärten, Wild vom Anwesen und Lachs aus dem Fluss Tay. Birkhill ist der perfekte Ort für einen Firmenausflug, eine Teambuilding-Veranstaltung oder eine Konferenz, da es sowohl sicher als auch abgelegen ist und dennoch in der Nähe der Flughäfen Edinburgh und Dundee liegt. Sein Speisesaal bietet Platz für 20 Gäste. Darüber hinaus ist es der ideale Ort für eine entspannte, romantische Hochzeit. Die traditionellen Aspekte des Schlosses bieten eine ideale Kulisse für eine formellere Zeremonie und einen Empfang. Andere Gäste bevorzugen die ungezwungene Atmosphäre des Gartens, heiraten in der Ruhe des Rosengartens und feiern in einem Festzelt.
