Ein herzliches Willkommen erwartet Sie im The Peat Inn. Dieses wunderschöne schottische 5-Sterne-Restaurant mit Zimmern in der Nähe von St. Andrews wird vom Ehepaar Geoffrey und Katherine Smeddle betreut. Geoffrey war früher Chefkoch im Etain, Sir Terence Conrans erstem Ausflugsrestaurant außerhalb Londons. Heute als Chefkoch und Inhaber konzentrieren er sich und sein Küchenteam darauf, moderne Küche mit den besten lokalen und saisonalen Zutaten zu servieren. Dieser einfache Ansatz wird durch die spannende Weinkarte mit über 400 Behältern ergänzt.
