Einschränkungen der Facility

Der Tagungsraum mit einer Fläche von 1000 Quadratfuß ist nur der Hauptraum. Das gesamte Erdgeschoss des Turner House ist etwa 2500 Quadratfuß groß. Die Einrichtung bietet Platz für zusätzliche Personen, wenn zusätzliche Zimmer im Obergeschoss gemietet werden oder eine umlaufende Veranda genutzt wird.

Stornierungsrichtlinie

Die Kaution wird zurückerstattet, wenn die Reservierung mehr als 30 Tage vor der Veranstaltung storniert wird. Die Mietgebühren sind 10 Tage vor der Veranstaltung fällig. Bei Stornierungen weniger als 7 Tage vor der Veranstaltung wird eine zusätzliche Stornogebühr von 250 USD erhoben.
