Das Regal Kangbo Hotel liegt strategisch günstig in der neuen Wirtschaftsentwicklungszone von Dezhou, neben dem Büroturm der Stadtregierung. Es ist derzeit das einzige Fünf-Sterne-Hotel der Stadt mit internationaler Marke und eines der höchsten Gebäude der Stadt.
