Das Chateau de Gilly, ehemalige Residenz der Zisterziensermönche, liegt zwei Minuten vom berühmten Dorf Vougeot entfernt im Herzen des besten Weinanbaugebiets („Grand Cru“) in Burgund, zwischen Dijon und Beaune. Das Chateau de Gilly ist ein Muss für jeden, der authentische burgundische Gastfreundschaft genießen möchte. 20 km von Dijon und Beaune entfernt, inmitten der großen Weinberge Burgunds, verbindet diese ehemalige Residenz der Äbte von Citeaux Geselligkeit, Vergnügen und Arbeit. Das Chateau de Gilly ist der perfekte Ort für Ihre Empfänge, Bankette, Cocktails und Hochzeiten. Für Bankette bietet Ihnen das Chateau de Gilly neben dem Speisesaal (80 Sitzplätze), einem herrlichen gotischen Saal aus dem 14. Jahrhundert, einen Bankettsaal mit Decken und Wandteppichen im französischen Stil (Platz für 160 Personen) und einen privaten Raum für 60 Personen. Es stehen eine Reihe von Räumen zur Verfügung, von denen der größte Platz für bis zu 250 Personen für einen Cocktailempfang und 160 Personen für einen Buffetempfang bietet.
