Stornierungsrichtlinie

Alle Besprechungen müssen mindestens 7 Werktage vor dem geplanten Treffen abgesagt werden. Wenn Tagungen innerhalb von 7 Werktagen vor dem geplanten Meeting abgesagt werden, verzichtet das Hotel auf die Stornogebühr, sofern der new meting room an eine andere Gruppe gemietet werden kann. Andernfalls werden 50% der Miete des new meting room als Stornogebühr berechnet. Für Gruppenschlafzimmer gelten je nach den Bedürfnissen der jeweiligen Gruppe eine Stornierungsfrist von 24 bis 72 Stunden.
