Von hier aus können Sie sowohl im Winter als auch im Sommer Wanderungen und Ausflüge zum Turrach, zur Nockalmstraße, zur Gerlitze Dobratsch und nach Tarvis unternehmen. Im Herzen von Kirchen, in ruhiger Lage befindet sich das Hotel Germann. 1989 konnte die Bettenkapazität durch den zusätzlichen Bau einer neuen modernen Hotelanlage von 60 auf 100 Betten erhöht werden.
