Das Hotel befindet sich in der Via Gatti 3/73, einer Nebenstraße der historischen Via Giardini, die hinauf zu den Apenninen führt und durch Maranello führt, die Stadt, in der sich die Ferrari-Autofabrik befindet. Das Hotel liegt in einer grünen Umgebung und ist Teil des brandneuen. Ein großer Parkplatz ist auf der Außenseite reserviert und 21 Plätze stehen in einer Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Das La Fenice Hotel ist mit Sälen für Geschäftstreffen, Kongresse, Ausstellungen und Shows ausgestattet. Es hat eine gemütliche „America Bar“. Das Hotel „La Fenice“ wurde nach den neuesten Sicherheitsstandards erbaut und verfügt über 48 geräumige Zimmer mit Bad und Balkon, die elegant eingerichtet und mit allem modernen Komfort ausgestattet sind. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
