Das Central Hotel liegt in Frankenthal, das in einer ruhigen Gegend liegt und gleichzeitig über eine ideale Straßenanbindung verfügt. Von hier aus ist es nicht weit zu den Industrieregionen an Rhein und Neckar. Die Domstadt Speyer und das historische Heidelberg sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
