Cortes House ist eine Immobilie zur exklusiven Nutzung, die Sie in ihrer Gesamtheit für die Dauer Ihres Aufenthalts mieten, sei es für einen Tag, ein Wochenende oder eine Woche. Wir öffnen unsere Türen für alle, die nach einem Veranstaltungsort suchen, der „dem Gewöhnlichen entgeht“, von Hochzeiten und Junggesellinnenabschieden über Geburtstage und Jubiläen bis hin zu Firmentagen und Teambuilding-Events. Sobald Sie das Haus gemietet haben, gehört es Ihnen für das Wochenende und Sie können tun, was Sie wollen - vorausgesetzt, es kommt in dem Zustand zurück, in dem es übergeben wurde! Cortes hat 12 Schlafzimmer, 10 im Haupthaus und 2 im Untergeschoss. Die 2 im Untergeschoss werden bedarfsgerecht vermietet. Das Haupthaus bietet Platz für 24 Gäste und die zusätzlichen Zimmer bieten Platz für 6 Personen, sodass Sie insgesamt 30 Gäste gleichzeitig unterbringen können. Wir haben ein paar Reisebetten und Z-Betten für kleinere Gäste, falls etwas mehr Platz benötigt wird. Für größere Veranstaltungen können wir bis zu 65 Gäste im Hauptspeisesaal oder im Wohnzimmer bewirten. Bei dieser maximalen Kapazität haben wir spezielle Grundrisse der Essmöbel, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder bequem Platz findet. Alternativ können Sie sich für ein Festzelt im geheimen Garten entscheiden, um die Besucherzahl auf 120 zu erhöhen.
