Stornierungsrichtlinie
Für alle Reservierungen ist eine Schadenskaution in Höhe von 250$ (ausgestellt an die Stadt Frisco) erforderlich. Die Kaution wird nicht auf die Mietgebühren angerechnet. Bei der Buchung sind 50 Prozent des Mietpreises fällig. Bei einer Stornierung innerhalb von 1 Jahr nach der Veranstaltung verfallen die 50%. Die Kaution in Höhe von 250$ wird zurückerstattet, falls die Veranstaltung abgesagt wird. Solange die Einrichtungen und Geräte unbeschädigt sind und die Gebäude rechtzeitig geräumt werden, wird Ihre Kaution ca. 3 Wochen nach Ihrer Veranstaltung vollständig zurückerstattet.

Das Frisco Heritage Center befindet sich in der 6321 Page Street, Frisco, TX. Das Depot des Heritage Centers ist komplett neu gebaut und basiert auf den historischen Bauplänen des ursprünglichen Zugdepots der Stadt. Das Depot besteht aus sechs Räumen, einschließlich des Catering-Vorbereitungsbereichs. Der Hauptsaal ist etwa 2000 Quadratmeter groß und bietet Platz für Tänze, Teambankette, elegante Hochzeitsempfänge oder jede Art von Feier für bis zu 130 Personen.
