Diese Etage kann privat genutzt werden, wobei die Räume Jura und Mont Blanc ideal für große Tagungen mit bis zu 200 Teilnehmern im Theaterstil geeignet sind. Das Rigi & Cervin eignet sich ideal für Tagungen mit bis zu 50 Teilnehmern im Theaterstil, entweder als eigenständige Räume oder als Pausenräume. Diese Räume verfügen über natürliches Tageslicht, sind aber bei Bedarf mit Verdunkelungsvorhängen ausgestattet. Das Atrium-Foyer kann für Mittagessen und Kaffeepausen genutzt werden. Die Zimmer Mont-Rose und Dent-Blanche befinden sich auf der 1. Etage und bieten zusammen Platz für 100 Personen im Theaterstil. Für Tagungsteilnehmer steht ein spezielles Konferenz-WLAN zur Verfügung.

Die Hauptattraktion des Seeufers ist der elegante Springbrunnen, der Besucher begeistert, wenn er 140 Meter in den Himmel ragt. Ursprünglich ein einfaches Sicherheitsventil in der Hydraulikfabrik Coulouvrenière, ist der Jet d'Eau zum Wahrzeichen von Genf geworden. Seine Millionen von Luftblasen werden Sie sofort in seinen Bann ziehen. Der Springbrunnen entstand zufällig. 1886 wurde ein Wasserkraftwerk gebaut, um unter Druck stehendes Wasser von der Rhône zu den Brunnen, Haushalten und Fabriken der Stadt zu leiten. Eines Abends zwangen Druckstaus die Ingenieure, ein spezielles Druckbegrenzungsventil einzubauen. Dies war die Geburtsstunde des Jet d'Eau. Das kurzlebige Kunstwerk wurde bald zu einer Touristenattraktion und wurde näher an das Seeufer verlegt. Mit der Zeit wurde die Wassersäule höher. Seit 1951 befördert eine autonome Pumpstation 500 Liter Wasser pro Sekunde mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 200 km/h (124 mph) auf eine Höhe von 140 Metern.
